Meet Sneha Andani

Sneha Andani's curious nature and eagerness to learn has led her to gain experience across different industries in her brief time since graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University in her home city of Bangalore, India, to earning her graduate degree in the Business of Fashion from Rutgers Business School, when she moved to the USA.

Ms. Andani moved to the United States in 2014 and worked for IBM for almost 5 years which enabled her to gain extensive experience in Business Controls, SOX Compliance, and Human Resources. Her entrepreneurial passion also led her to join a venture promoting solar energy in India managing Marketing and Operations for SunTrop Solar Pvt Ltd.

Ms. Andani obtained her Graduate degree in Business of Fashion from Rutgers Business School (New Jersey, USA) to pursue her interest in fashion tech. She was introduced to the cofounders of Fashion Mingle, Melissa Shea and Beth Smith, during New York Fashion Week and joined the team as Chief Business Development Officer in 2018 to manage Fashion Mingle’s international launch, which is global networking platform for fashion industry professionals. She is currently pursuing her second Master’s Degree in project management to further strengthen her skills. Embracing the core values of integrity, innovation, and growth, Sneha believes she is on a journey to learn more, live more, and do more, while doing her part to make the world a better place. Ms. Andani is a member of The Bangalore Club of Bangalore India, the Luxury Marketing Council and Women of Wall Street, based in New York City.
